This Course will let you enjoy this unique culinary experience exclusively for you, without other partecipants.
If you like to completely customize your experience this is the class for you.
You will learn how to make many different "polpette", meatballs, spanning traditional and contemporary recipes in according to your preference.
In addition, you will learn how to pair each dish with the perfect sauce.
When you go home, you will be ready to share Italy’s real meatballs with your friends and family.
Breschette, cheeses and home made bread will be a part of your amazing food!
And, of course, after you have made them, you get to eat them.
Enjoy a satisfying meal supplemented with home made bakery or cakes and rich salads and a good wine tasting.

What To Expect
YOU WILL LEARN to prepare authentic Italian meatballs, both meat and vegetables, fish or sweets
You will have the opportunity to choose your menu with the chef
as soon as you arrive you will start preparing the ingredients
all from scratch nothing pre-cooked, or pre-cut
Fresh and seasonal products will be used
You will also learn how to make the best use of kitchen tools such as knives, blenders, robots and so on
The chosen menu will include 3 types of meatballs and 3 accompanying sauces
To complete the course we will also make the bread or focaccia that goes with your meatballs
wine, beer or other beverage of your choice
The food will be a lot so if you dedicate it, we will prepare delivery boxes! so you can also enjoy the day after your creations
If you wish, you can also choose to prepare your gluten-free meatballs
