After your visit to the Mercato is over, your guide will transport you to the Walkabout Florence kitchen in the countryside. The class will start there, in a stunning Tuscan farmhouse situated on a private estate. This is not just a demonstration. You'll be cooking a real four-course Tuscan dinner on your own, guided by the experienced chef.
