What To Expect

Experience a culinary adventure in Florence as you engage directly with the chef in her own kitchen. Join a group of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 people, ensuring an intimate and personalized experience. In this hands-on culinary experience. You will learn to roll out, knead, and shape a variety of pasta forms, such as tagliatelle, tortellini, pappardelle, ravioli, cappelletti, farfalle, bottoni, and more. From this selection, we will choose two formats to create three courses along with their respective sauces and transform them into delicious, authentic Italian pasta dishes.
