Your exact pickup time will be shared with you one day before the experience, depending on the season and sunrise time. Our private driver will meet you at your accommodation entrance and bring you directly to the proposal area before the balloons rise.

    After your reservation, we’ll contact you to share all available proposal concepts and real images.

    Once you choose your favorite setup, we’ll prepare everything accordingly.

    The day before your experience, we will confirm your pickup time based on sunrise conditions.

    On the proposal day, our private driver will pick you up from your hotel or apartment and take you to the specially prepared location.

    Our team sets up the chosen concept before the balloons rise to ensure a magical moment.

    If your package includes photography, our professional photographer will be waiting at the location.
