Mustafapasa

Mustafapaşa, formerly known as Sinasos, is a village in the Ürgüp District of Nevşehir Province, Turkey. Its population is 1,295. Before the 2013 reorganisation, it was a town. It lies to the west of Gomeda valley and is 5 kilometres away from Ürgüp and 27 kilometres away from Nevşehir town.

After the City of Sun we will visit the Keşlik Monastery, which is consist of 3 churches, vinery refectory, dining room, firing places, baptisery, sleeping and living quarters that they were carved out of the rocks.If you eould like to see Iconaclastic periods of the Cappadocia probably you will see the most rare one with it’s unique frescoes with the local agricultural products. Then we will drive to Taşkınpaşa, a typical Cappadocian Islamıc School. The place that we will visit Taşkınpaşa Medrese (theological school) and an antiquated mosque, both built in a classical Seljuk style. Here you could meet indigens and you will have a chance to drink Turkish tea with them.Theological school was built was built by the Karamanids, in 14th century dynasty Selijuk Impire in Konya, that dominated this part of Anatolia for almost 250 years.Well this is the lunch time. We will eat local foods inside of the local village cave house.
