Reserva Natural Especial de Las Dunas de Maspalomas

9:00 am: Departure to the south of the island to see the beautiful dunes of Playa Del Ingles. We will stop in a magnificent viewpoint at the Riu Palace Hotel. The Maspalomas dune system is a unique wilderness in the Canary Islands because of its beauty and diversity of ecosystems. Its 400 hectares, protected by the Canary Government as a nature reserve of special value, include a fantastic beach, a dynamic sand dune system, a palm grove and a brackish lagoon. This mix of desert and oasis is located at the southern tip of Gran Canaria and is surrounded by the famous seaside resort of Maspalomas.

We will then take the road north to Gran Canaria and make a stop at the viewpoint of the “Caldera de Los Marteles”. If there are no clouds, you can also have a magnificent view of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. It will then be time to return to your hotel to complete this excursion around 6:00 – 6:30 pm.
