Telling Istanbul from the eyes of locals who are proffessors, engineers, doctors, lawyers, teachers, dieticians, retired managers and retired teachers etc.
Yes, that's who we are, we are a community of friends and families, who are from various backgrounds. But we all have something in common, we love hosting people, showing our culture and traditions and try to learn other cultures.
Each of the members in the community has a different hobby to share (listed in options). That's why, we invite you to learn, connect and teach us.
So, come visit us, become a part of the community for a day physically and for a lifetime mentally.

What To Expect
Ever wondered how it would be if you actually lived in the city, had many friends? Don't wonder anymore, we are inviting you to be a part of our community for a day.
LokalBond is a community that are pretty much friends and families who have time to share a hobby w/ strangers at their homes.
According to your selections, you will visit the locals for culinary, art and culture experiences.

Family Day option; Nuran's family for breakfast (10am-1pm), cook and eat breakfast w/ them. You will then visit Kevser's home for dinner (4pm-7pm). Finally, wine tasting at Duygu's family (8pm-10.30pm).

Women's Power option; you will visit Aysu for Yoga and Breakfast session (10am-1pm), then visit Gülşah for dinner (4pm-7pm) and finally have a wine and art session w/ Ecem (8pm-10pm), at her place.

Artisan ; you will visit Ahmet for Marbling Workshop (11am-1pm), Peep and Shimo for Graffiti workshop (3pm-5pm) and Ecem for Wine & Art (8pm-10pm).

Culture; Turkish Coffee Fortune Telling with Özge (11am-2pm), Çiğköfte w/ Burak and Music with Halide (7pm-9.30).

I do not have any medical conditions, disabilities, or other concerns that would limit my ability to safely participate. I agree to inform LokalBond of any changes in my health status prior to the experience. 4. Assumption of Risk: I hereby assume all risks associated with my participation in the experience, including but not limited to those mentioned above. I acknowledge that LokalBond and its representatives have made no warranties regarding the safety of the experience or the environments involved. 5. Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the experience, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless LokalBond, its owners, employees, agents, hosts, and other participants from any and all claims, actions, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation in the experience, including, but not limited to, any claims of negligence on the part of LokalBond or its representatives. 6. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless LokalBond from any and all claims, actions, or damages, including attorney fees, arising out of or related to my participation in the experience, whether caused by the negligence of LokalBond or otherwise. 7. Governing Law: This waiver and release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkish law, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. 8. Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver and release of liability, fully understand its terms, and approve it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
