Remuh Synagogue (Synagoga Remuh)

After extensive renovation, the synagogue is now the main place of prayer for the Jewish community of Krakow. Next to the synagogue is the Jewish cemetery, one of the oldest in Europe. It is called the Remu Cemetery because Moses Isserles is buried there; on the anniversary of his death, pious Jews from all over the world come to the rabbi's grave.

The Father Bernatek foot and cycle bridge is a peculiar place in Podgórze, although it has been here for a short time. It was built in 2010 on the site of the former Podgórze bridge. The Ghetto Heroes Square

During the Second World War, the square became the focal point of the ghetto that the Germans created for the Jewish population (3 March 1941). In house number 18 there was the only pharmacy in the ghetto, run by Tadeusz Pankiewicz, the only Pole in the ghetto. He risked his life to help its inhabitants. He also witnessed the drama that unfolded during the liquidation of the Jewish quarter on 13 and 14 March 1943.

Oskar Shindlers Enamel Factory (Pass By)

The original Enamel Factory, also known as Oskar Schindler's Deutsche Emailwarenfabrik (DEF), was established in 1937, when it was founded. Later, on 1 September 1939, Nazi Germany invaded Poland. Oskar Schindler, a Sudeten German, member of the NSDAP and Abwehr agent, is believed to have arrived in Krakow on 6 September as German troops entered the city... Here is end of our tour. The tour does not include admission to Oskar Schindler's Factory; if you plan to visit it, I recommend booking your tickets in advance as the number of tickets is limited.
