    Sete Vales Suspensos (Seven Hanging Valleys) is one of the best trails in Europe.
    This tour contains the most beautiful part of Sete Vales Suspensos. The route starts at o Rústico Restaurante (Estrada da Caramujeira 436X, 8400-403 Lagoa) and goes to Praia do carvalho where we stop to explore the beach and secret entrance, The trail goes to Praia de benagil ( old fishing village ) ,keep riding to the top of the most famouse cave" algar de benagil) Among other breathtaking views and hidden beaches we follow rock trails to the top 10 beach of europa "marinha beach"you will see Arcos Naturais of marinha , last beach we will explore is Albandeira .The tour ends in the restaurant. The guide will show you the best places and views to enjoy the harmonious nature and to take wonderful pictures.
