    • We will start the day by fetching eggs from the chicken coop and aromatic herbs from the garden.
    • We make fresh pasta by hand, in the open air with an incredible lake view!
    • In our professional kitchen we will also prepare two excellent sauces to season Tagliatelle and Cavatelli.
    • Followed by lunch with your classmates, in which you can enjoy your creations, an appetizer of local products and a homemade dessert, accompanied by a fantastic local wine.
    From start to finish you can enjoy an incredible lake view and our 1690 location, rich in history and charm.
