Culinary Journey of Langhe Chef's Market Tour and Cooking Class
Overview
Your culinary adventure begins in a traditional local market, surrounded by the stunning hills of the Langhe, where I’ll guide you through the art of selecting the finest seasonal ingredients—from vibrant vegetables to regional specialties—just like a true Italian chef. You’ll learn how to spot quality, understand what makes each product unique, and why these choices matter in authentic Italian cooking.
Back in the kitchen, we’ll prepare classic dishes together. I’ll share tips, techniques, and stories from my 13+ years as a professional chef. This isn’t just a cooking class—it’s a full immersion into the flavors, traditions, and soul of one of Italy’s most treasured food and wine regions.

The second part will be a cooking class in my Alba workshop with the ingredients purchased together. We will prepare a three-course lunch, during which I will explain the recipes and teach the techniques that make the gastronomy of the Langhe special.
