What To Expect

To participate in the training session you must have an Apnea license.
During the training session, the person who has the certification will therefore be able to use the cables, buoys and weights to go to depth. The session will always be supervised by an instructor.

A: Participants in the Freediving Training cannot fly in an airplane within 24 hours of their dive. The main concern with scuba diving and flying is decompression sickness (DCS).
