Meet your private guide during a 9am pickup at your accommodation in Le Havre or at the pier, off your cruise ship and take a seat in your air-conditioned minivan. Enjoy a snack of coffee and croissants, then travel onward to the beaches of Normandy — where violent struggles took place during the D-Day landings of World War II. 

During your private 1-day tour, visit the port at Arromanches — constructed by British soldiers to help land the Allied troops in June 1944 — and the Pointe du Hoc. Along the way, gain insight into the battles between opposing forces in WWII.
