However, any change on the dates, the customer will assume the value of the ticket for the new chosen date. In the high season and for reservation with few weeks in advance it is possible that there are no regular tickets available and as such the skip the line tickets will be suggested (highly recommended). The Palace works with a new system (slot schedule system) that with a limited number of regular tickets every half hour (ex: 09h30, 10h00).
