Meeting and Pickup
We will have a sign with the name of the Lead Traveler, and we can get in contact via phone call or WhatsApp. For airport pickups, the meeting point is at the arrivals where you're going to see your name in a board. In the airport we wait for you for 1 hour and 20 minutes in hotels/houses with a sign with your name.
What To Expect
Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall of Lisbon Airport or in your Cascais location after you have collected your luggage and passed through customs. This exclusive transfer service is designed for customers who not only expect the best service but also find other aspects important, such as comfort, safety, and flexibility when traveling for business or pleasure.
When making a reservation, you must enter the details of your flight or your location in Cascais and your destination in either Lisbon or Lisbon Airport. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously, and you will receive a travel voucher to present to the driver. We use recent vehicles, and our excellent professionals are connoisseurs of all the paths that will take you to your destination, ensuring you a comfortable and safe journey.

The transfer is only ONE WAY - We wait for 1h after the flight arrival time. After 1h, we'll charge 15€ each 15 min for one hour of extra waiting time.
The meeting point in the airport is at the arrivals. The airport is very small and as soon as you arrive you'll see your name on a board, and we'll wait for you there with a sign with your name.
If you ask, we offer 1 bottled water per person, for FREE, included in the price of the transfer
Please, always inform us if there will be children in the transfer. In Portugal is mandatory to have seats for children until 12 years old. Otherwise, we are able to have a huge ticket.
