Cabo da Roca

Now it is time to enter through the beautiful Serra de Sintra, crossing pretty old, bucolic streets, where the royal charrets passed and, a few kilometers later, we reached the westernmost point of Europe – Cabo da Roca – whose mountains, with a height of 140 meters, end by the sea and so ends Europe. On site, there is a lighthouse, a gift shop and a coffee shop.

Our next destination is the famous rocky formation by the sea, the Mouth of Hell. The name of the locality is due to the impact of the waves hitting the rocks, which often seem to shake the ground.
