Pisa

The first stop will be in Pisa, where you'll have ample time to admire and photograph the iconic Leaning Tower and other remarkable monuments in the Piazza dei Miracoli, including the Baptistery and the Cathedral.The Leaning Tower began to tilt during its construction in the 12th century, due to soft ground that couldn’t support its weight. This tilt worsened throughout the building process, which was completed in the 14th century. However, the tower was stabilized through extensive restoration work between 1993 and 2001, reducing the tilt to a safer 3.97 degrees.Climbing to the top of the Leaning Tower is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, offering a stunning panoramic view of Pisa and the surrounding area.
