The yoga room of Catogården has a beautiful wooden floor and the view from the five windows is stunning. You get all the equipment you need, just come as you are in comfortable and loose clothes. If you have any special needs for adjustments, or if there is some things you think the teacher should know (eks if you are pregnant or have an earlier injury of consern, pass a message before the class .

What To Expect
Kundalini Yoga is a kind of yoga that fit all levels. Every class start with a short intro, therefore it is easy also for new beginners. You get all the equipment you need.
A typical class is 90 minutes long and consists of:
- Tuning in with the Adi Mantra
- Warm up/Pranayama
- Kriya/Yoga set of postures for specific effects
- Savasana/Active relaxation (integration)
- Meditation
- Affirmation
- Tuning out with Long Time Sun
