Meeting and Pickup
This product is valid for one way.We monitor and track all flights, we will pick you up on time, whether your flight arrives early or is delayed. You will receive your assigned driver’s details and phone number within 12 hours before your pick-up time, making sure you can contact them at any time if necessary.Please contact your representative operator or driver at the provided number if you encounter any issues.Your driver will be waiting at the pick-up point in the arrivals area with your name written on the board, 60 minutes after your landing time. It is vital that you make contact with the representative / driver on the number supplied within 1 hour after landing so that we know you are at the airport.Please inform the driver in case of major delays at passport control or baggage collection, so we can avoid any confusion and we will know that you are stuck inside the airport.The driver will then wait a further 30 minutes before leaving the airport unless we are informed that there is been delays in passport and customs control or baggage area.That means a total of 75 minutes of free waiting time after the flight lands.If the wait time is more than 75 minutes, there will be an extra charge of £12.50 for every 15 minutes. This covers the extra cost of parking and the driver's waiting time. The additional waiting time cost can be paid in cash to the driver by card over the phone.If after 90 minutes the customer could not be contacted or did not respond, this will result in a customer no-show and a refund will no longer be possible.If any issue, please call to our office phone number and we will be happy to assist you.Heathrow Airport arrival hall (waiting) area:Heathrow Airport Terminal 2, we meet our customers by WHSmith in arrivals hall. Heathrow Airport Terminal 3, we meet our customers by Nero Coffee in arrivals hall. Heathrow Airport Terminal 4, we meet our customers by Costa Coffee in arrivals hall. Heathrow Airport Terminal 5, we meet our customers by Costa Coffee in arrivals hall.
What To Expect
This product is valid for one way.
We contact the passenger through any available type of communication to confirm their booking details, if necessary. We can adjust the pick-up time and location at the customer's request.
We make sure that the driver will have enough time to arrive at the time set to pick up the client.
We are sending you the driver's details and phone number (via email, text message or Whatsapp) to make sure you can contact them at any time if necessary. Please contact us if you didn't received your driver details.
When picking up from the airport, the driver will wait for the passenger in the arrivals area with his name written on the name board.
The driver will be in contact with the customer and will inform them exactly what time he will arrive at the pick-up location.
Our meet-and-greet service includes luggage handling, with a direct support to your vehicle and assistance with loading and unloading your bags.
If you use WhatsApp, the driver will inform you in real time of his arrival time to pick you up.
Punctual Pickup: Ensuring the driver arrives promptly at the designated pick-up location.
Driver Details: Providing the customer with our driver's details and contact number for convenience and communication.
Communication with Customer: The driver maintains contact with the customer, providing precise arrival times at the pick-up location.

How many luggages/suitcases per vehicle type?
Saloon - up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases.
MPV - up to 4 Passengers with 4 large suitcases and 4 carry-on suitcases.
Large MPV - up to 6 Passengers with 6 large suitcases and 6 carry-on suitcases.
Executive - up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases.
Luxury - up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases.
Each passenger can bring one handbag or backpack.
If you require extra luggage please don't hesitate to contact our reservation team.
Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
