Meeting and Pickup
We monitor and track all the flights, we will pick you up even if your flight is delayed.Our driver will wait at the pick-up point with your name written on the board 60 min after arrival time.The driver will then wait a further 30 minutes before leaving the airport or the port unless we are Informed that there is been delays in passport and customs control or baggage area.That is a total of 90 minutes free waiting time after the flight has landed or after the cruise have arrived.If waiting time exceeds 90 minutes, the additional waiting time cost is payable in cash to the driver at the beginning or at the end of your transfer.Additional waiting time fees of £10 will apply for every 15 minutes, this rate includes waiting time for the driver and carpark fee.If after 90 minutes the customer could not be contacted or did not respond, this will result in a customer no-show and a refund will no longer be possible.Heathrow Airport waiting area:Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 we meet our customers by WHSmith. Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 we meet our customers at Nero Coffee. Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 we meet our customers at Costa Coffee. What To Expect
We contact the passenger through any available type of communication to confirm their booking details, if necessary we can adjust the pick-up time and location at the customer's request.
We make sure that the driver will have enough time to arrive at the time set to pick up the client.
We are sending you the driver's details and phone number to make sure you can contact them at any time if necessary.
When picking up from the airport or from any Port from Southampton, the driver will wait for the passenger in the arrivals area with his name written on the name board.
The driver will be in contact with the customer and will inform them exactly what time he will arrive at the pick-up location.
When the driver meets the passenger, he will help him with the luggage, when picking it up to the car, as well as at the destination by unloading it from the car.
How many luggages/suitcases per vehicle type?
Saloon - up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases.
MPV - up to 4 Passengers with 4 large suitcases and 4 carry-on suitcases.
Large MPV - up to 6 Passengers with 6 large suitcases and 6 carry-on suitcases.
Executive - up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases.
Luxury - up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases.
Each passenger may also bring one handbag or backpack.
If you are travelling with additional luggage, a larger vehicle will be required at an extra cost. Please contact our reservations team for assistance with upgrading your vehicle.
Oversized or excessive items (e.g. golf clubs, bikes, surfboards) may be subject to restrictions—kindly inquire in advance to confirm if they can be accommodated.
At the end of the trip, the driver will thank you for choosing to travel with us with a huge smile.
