Your Driver will meet you at the *Arrivals Hall* with a sign with your name on it, and to avoid the crowds after you pick up your luggage, he will be standing by:

- *Terminal 2 & 3*: BOOTS PHARMACY
- *Terminal 4 & 5*: COSTA COFFEE

*IMPORTANT:* Please *do not exit the airport* or transfer to another airport level, including the taxi rank.

If you can't find your driver on the day of the tour at the agreed time and location, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at our emergency numbers.
