We will tell you the name of your guide and his/her cell phone number. They will let you know when that have arrived at the location.Heathrow airport and Gatwick are not in central London. They are both over 1 hour's drive from central London. If you book a tour and want to be picked up from Heathrow, we need to arrange your transfer and additional charge.
