• Drivers arrive 30-45 minutes after flight landing time and wait 15 minutes. Additional waiting time is charged locally and payable direct to the driver.
• We require you to contact us 48 hours before your trip ([email protected]) to provide your phone number (with area code) and email address so our drivers can contact you on the day
• Please note, if you have NOT provided your flight and hotel information as part of the booking please take care to select the appropriate zone; the zones are detailed above and do NOT refer to the London transport fare zones.
