    What To Expect

    In 2.5 hours we will help you learn to cycle! We specialise in absolute beginners with no previous experience and we cater for all ages and abilities.

    Our training is individual; delivered one-on-one and tailored to the needs of the rider. The vast majority of adult beginners who take this course are cycling independently within the first 60-90 minutes, with the remaining time given to honing handling and control skills. Very occasionally an additional session is recommend to increase confidence and experience.

    Our course will help you commence your journey for everyday life with a bike – whether that’s nipping to the shops or a day-long bike ride – and get you excited for the freedom and joy that cycling offers.

    We provide a bike and a helmet for the training.
