  • You must download the official e-ticket for Churchill War Rooms and bring it with you. It is preferred for Churchill War Rooms e-ticket to be printed
  • Meet your tour guide in Trafalgar Square next to the large, white cube statue on the 4th Plinth opposite Canada House. Your tour guide will be wearing a dark blue 'Vox City' uniform
  • Please arrive 5 minutes early so you do not miss the tour departure
  • After the 2-hour tour concludes, visitors can head directly to the Churchill War Rooms, located at King Charles St (a 10 minute walk from Trafalgar Square)
  • Churchill War Room timeslots will be reserved for EITHER 2:30pm or 3:00pm, and this will be confirmed on your ticket. There is a 30-minute window from the reserved timeslot to enter the museum. Visitors who arrive outside of this timeframe may be asked to wait to enter or denied entry
  • To gain admission, show your printed tickets to the staff at the entry
  • Please note suitcases, pull-along baggage and large bags are prohibited at the Churchill War Rooms. There may be videos which contain loud sounds of bombing and air raid sirens
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 12 travelers
