Your chauffeur will arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.
When making a booking, you will need to provide your preferred pickup time (suggested departure time from London is at 10:30 am to 13. pm) and the full address/hotel name & the name of the cruise ship or if you prefer to be dropped off at a Southhampton Hotel please provide full Hotel details.
