All flights are monitored by the assigned driver, and in the event of any flight delays, there will be no additional charge. Upon your arrival, your driver will meet you inside the arrival hall, holding a sign with your name displayed. They will assist with your luggage and ensure a comfortable journey to your destination using the latest navigation system with real-time traffic updates.
Free Baby or Child Seats: Available upon request in advance. (Subject to availability)
Flexible Pick-up Times: Business class and fast-track passengers can request a pick-up time 35 minutes after landing.
All other passengers should request a pick-up time 60 minutes after landing.
25-Minute Free Waiting Time: Your driver will wait for up to 25 minutes from the pre-requested pick-up time at the airport.
