Windsor is said to be the favourite weekend retreat of the Queen.Windsor Castle is the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world. Visit the opulent state rooms and see the royal chapel where Harry and Megan were married.One thing not to miss is Queen Anne's dolls house with working plumbing and electricity.There is also a changing of the guard ceremony at Windsor that is more accessible to the public than the ceremony at Buckingham Palace.Please note: Windsor Castle is self guided as they have very strict rules on guiding in the castle and grounds. However, your entrance fee does include a very good audio guide for the castle.The chapel at Windsor Castle is closed on Sundays.
