What To Expect
Enjoy a 3-course fusion dinner of Peruvian and Asian food, in an 18th-century flat with incredible views of Madrid. The menu will be prepared by a professional chef who has studied at the French Culinary Institute (New York) and Le Cordon Bleu (Paris), and who loves to share his experience with his guests.
About you host Sebastian: "My name is Sebastián, I am a professional chef and I studied gastronomy at the French Culinary Institute (New York) and at Le Cordon Bleu (Paris). I worked in different restaurants in both cities, two with Michelin stars, and ten years in the Le Jules Verne restaurant in the Eiffel Tower, where I had the opportunity to immerse myself in the heart of French culture and gastronomy. My cooking style is characterized by respect for the properties of each product I use and that I discover on every trip I make. I am passionate about food and meeting new people. I will be delighted to receive you in my house!"
