We will meet between the two metro entrances of Metro Opera in Plaza Isabel II and introduce you to fellow travelers and explain the plan for the evening. PLEASE NOTE THIS ITINERARY IS AN EXAMPLE ONLY. OUR PAY-AS-YOU.GO SYSTEM ALLOWS US TO CHANGE THINGS AND ADAPT ACCORDING TO THE GROUP ON THE NIGHT. From here we will go to our first bar where the food and drink is included in the tour price (min 1 drink and 3 tastings) and get the evening started explaining the origins of tapas and some of its ins and outs. Depending on the night and group, you will probably have tried anywhere between 12 and 20 different dishes and have got a real feel for the Madrid culinary scene.
