Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating sunset beach yoga session at Malagueta, guided by experienced teacher Maria. Begin with aromatherapy, immersing yourself in the calming scents of medical-grade essential oils to prepare your mind and body for the practise. This holistic class blends Hatha, Yin, and Vinyasa styles while incorporating aromatherapy, pranayama, and a soothing sound bath during a guided meditation to enhance your practice.     What To Expect

    The class on the famous Malagueta beach during the sunset time stars with initial aromatherapy with pure essential oils. Then we continue with pranayama - breathwork to prepare the body and mind for the sequence of asanas for flexibility, hormonal and organs health. We finish the class off with a guided meditation with a small sound bath at the end. It is optional to dive into the sea and enjoy the sunset from the refreshing water.

    ☯️We will practice a mix of hatha, yin and vinyasa flow of asanas.

    Beginners are very welcome and if you need a yoga let me know 1h in advance. Duration of this activity is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
