* The white village Setenil de las Bodegas, has two locally known streets: Cuevas del Sol, Cabrerizas and Cueva de la Sombra. The latter is in my opinion perhaps the most special. In the name Cueva de la Sombra you can find the word gloomy with a bit of imagination. This can also be a bit of the feeling that the street gives you. It is a street that is always in the shade.
Due to a protruding rock wall, the houses below form a kind of tunnel that according to some give a claustrophobic feeling.
From various points you get a beautiful view over the whole of Setenil de las Bodegas.
