Put on your apron and immerse yourself in the wonderful experience of making an authentic Spanish paella with us.
Our culinary journey begins with a visit to the Atarazanas Market. Here we will introduce you to a variety of seasonal products: from fresh vegetables and fruits to a variety of meats and seafood.
We will select some premium ingredients needed for the cooking class. Our modern kitchen awaits you just a short walk away in the SOHO Art District.

***Please note: The visit to Atarazanas Market is only included in the daytime class, as it is closed in the evenings. Additionally, the market is closed on certain holidays (1/1, 6/1, 28/2, Thursday and Friday of Holy Week, 1/5, 15/8, 19/8, 8/9, 12/10, 1/11, 6/12, 8/12, 25/12).

Before you start cooking, enjoy an Extra Virgin Olive Oil tasting, including a variety of award-winning local oils. Along with the paella, we will also prepare a refreshing and traditional gazpacho.

To complete the experience, we have selected an excellent regional wine, made from local grape varieties.
