Overview

Our unique Painting Experience was designed using meditation, hypnotherapy and art therapy techniques to bring out your personal unique character traits. The focus of the session is on letting go of control and trusting your instincts while feeling relaxed and inspired.

And by analysing how the task was approached and executed during a group discussion, we learn how different personalities process the same information in various ways.

We include an element of Maltese history into the session which is very thought provoking and emotive.

Being in an artistic setting, producing abstract art, the playing field is truly levelled. Often those with the least artistic ability tend to produce the most interesting pieces of art.

Set in nature, or in a calming indoor venue. Let us host your team and help unite everyone by offering a deeper insight to everyones subconscious and hidden abilities.

    What To Expect

    Prepare to be Inspired... Embark on an unforgettable and unique journey of Art, relaxation and Meditation, at various locations across Malta.

    No prior experience in Art is required, you will be guided by voice and sound effects and music, and instructed when to paint. The experience is designed to help you connect with your emotions and inner-self, whilst expressing your artistic side, producing an abstract art piece that you will treasure as a special memory from your time in Malta.

    We incorporate some local Maltese history into the session for a truly unique interactive experience. You will work on a canvas frame, both light and easy to pack. Plus we give you a complimentary keepsake tote bag, to keep your art protected. To unwind at the end, we will share a glass of locally produced wine or kombucha, whilst we share a thoughtful discussion about the session and the art we produced.

    We mainly work in Valletta, the perfect art space to hold this session, and weather permitting we can plan the session in nature. Once we receive your booking we can confirm the most suitable location for you.
