What To Expect

A vibrant, detailed and professional cooking course guided by Chef Alvaro Rincones. You will learn how to prepare some of the most iconic dishes in Mexico in a fun and flavorful atmosphere.

A Sensory Tour of Rome and the Medellin Market

The trip begins at the Mercado de Medellin, a colorful corner essential for any visit to Mexico City. Here, we will explore fresh and essential ingredients.

Then, we will take a brief tour of the Colonia Roma, a vibrant neighborhood where tradition and modernity merge at every corner., and we will make a special stop at a traditional bakery, where we will taste and buy freshly baked sweetbread.

And to pair and animate this experience, we will enjoy Margaritas and Mezcalitas.

Each participant will receive an exclusive welcome kit, including:
