During this 2-hour workshop on a scenic balcony in Coyoacán, you’ll learn how to craft three cocktails using professional mixology techniques and traditional Mexican spirits like POX, mezcal, tequila, and sotol.
Each guest will choose unique ingredients—fruits, herbs, and spices—to personalize their drinks. You’ll also prepare your own artisanal salt using a traditional molcajete, with options like hibiscus flower, dried pineapple, epazote, rosemary, and even grasshoppers.
