It begins with a small ancestral symbolic ceremony and a steam bath is taken for the elimination of toxins in 4 times, with the 4 elements. Earth Air Water and Fire. Armoaterapia, music therapy and hydration included. Finally a pool bath with fresh water to close the pores.
