The kitchen turns into a game for young and old who will test themselves in the preparation of simple dishes with genuine ingredients, between new and traditional flavors.
The basics of pastry, the legendary basic preparations to create an infinity of delicious desserts.
Every Saturday a different lesson, but always very sweet!
Between cream, chocolate, creams and shortbread, for a world of sweetness. Creation, presentation and preparation of mousse, pastry or cream puffs, custard or chocolate ganache. Without forgetting an in-depth study on artisan ice cream and its secrets: let's discover the techniques and tricks of traditional Italian ice cream makers loved all over the world. From the most classic to the most imaginative, always respecting tradition and seasonality.
With preparation of the cone / waffle in combination for a delicious final snack and the delivery of the certificate of participation for all our little Chefs.

ATTENTION! EACH RESERVATION MUST INCLUDE AT LEAST 1 ADULT AND 1 CHILD. CHILDREN WITHOUT ACCOMPANIMENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
