Overview

In addition to the involvement of the whole body in climbing, the mental and emotional aspect plays an important role. You climb with body and mind, with particular attention during the climb to managing fatigue, breathing, and improving our ability to decipher and interpret the various passages that present themselves to us.
Climbing is often compared to Yoga or other "meditative" disciplines, and shares with them the cultivation of being increasingly present in the moment, to calm the mind and find oneself.
The climbing experience, in Rockspot, takes place on artificial walls with heights from 12 to 16 meters, slabs or vertical.

    An hour of experience alone or sharing with friends, always assisted by our instructors.
