What To Expect

We will prepare tagliatelle with re-milled durum wheat semolina, worked from start to finish with our hands without the use of machines, which will then be cooked with a homemade fresh tomato sauce. Following that, tiramisu with organic eggs from the farmer. The lesson concludes with a tasting of what has been prepared, accompanied by a glass of selected wine. A delicious experience that combines flavor and conviviality
