What To Expect

A fantastic experience in the heart of the Food Valley, the perfect place to visit to discover the history and ancient tradition of an exceptional product: the famous "Black Gold" of Modena.

Our driver will pick you up at your accommodation and take you to a traditional vinegar factory, where you will enjoy a guided tour through the various stages of vinegar production.

At the end of the tour you will taste the real and traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena in different stages of aging.
