In case the guide didn't recognized you, your provided cellphone will be contacted, please make sure it works. Please note that the pickup and drop off services are provided on a complementary basis courtesy of Ntours. In case of road closure or intense traffic in the area of a hotel, we shall make our best to advise alternative pickup/drop off location as close as possible to your hotel.

- This experience includes several attractions. Guests will be getting on and off the van frequently. It is not suitable for persons with limited mobility.
- While children and special need individuals are welcomed on our tour. In case of any disturbance that make other guests uncomfortable, interfere with guides' commentary or rise a security concern, participants may be asked to leave the tour. No refund will be granted.
