With a passion for grilling, they craft the perfect Greek BBQ experience. As the sun sets, you’ll find them tending to a charcoal grill, preparing tender souvlaki skewers of marinated chicken, lamb, and pork, each seasoned with aromatic herbs like oregano and thyme. A mix of vegetables, including juicy tomatoes, bell peppers, and zucchini, are grilled to perfection, complementing the savory meats.
