Please note that you do not have to call to confirm your arrival at the airport gate or ferry – cruise terminal since we monitor all flights and ferry/cruise routes. You should only call on your inbound journey to inform us of any delays to your arrival which may affect your transfer. In case you wish to amend your pick-up time or type of service that can be done 24hrs prior service and extra charges will apply subject to each amendment.** In case of ferry -arrival at port the below information are indispensable: - Company name - Vessel name - Arrival time** In case of airplane / airport arrival, the below information are indispensable: - Flight number, carrier - Origin - Arrival time.
