Admire "the fortress citadel" erected in the heart of Saint-Tropez, which allowed the Tropezians to repel the Ottomans, the Spanish many times. Today transformed into "MUSEUM OF THE CITADELLE". Photograph the "gendarmerie" of Saint-Tropez, filming location of the French cult saga of the 60s, with Louis de Funes; “THE GENDARME OF SAINT TROPEZ” In addition to the sandy beaches, set off to conquer the unmissable Provençal market. Do not leave this village without wolking along the harbor, where the mega yachts of the millionaires next to the boats of the fishermen; Sit down on a terrace and savor the emblematic "tarte tropézienne".

After this glamorous getaway to Saint-Tropez, head for this hill overlooking the golf of Saint-Tropez. Discover the history of this medieval village "Grimaud", founded by the Romans in antiquity, occupied by the Saracens in the 10th century, this village will know the construction of its beautiful "castle of Grimaud" as well as the ramparts in the 14th century to protect the population from the wars of succession of the Count of Provence, and the epidemic of the plague. Visit the unmissable monument of this medieval village, the "castle of Grimaud"; After reaching its peak in the 17th century, it was abandoned in the 18th century and then plundered by masons who sold its lava stones. Today it is listed as a historical monument. Do not forget to visit the Saint-Michel church, built in granite and limestone in the 13th century. Sit down on a terrace and take advantage of this breathtaking view and savoring a meal or a wine, produced by the vineyards that surround you.
