    What To Expect

    You will learn to make Oaxacan chocolate from scratch, using only fresh and organic ingredients. You can take your own chocolate at the end of the experience but not before continuing with a corn-based cooking class, we will teach you to cook an authentic traditional Oaxacan lunch.
    During this second experience you will prepare tortillas, a delicious sauce and other cravings made with corn dough, with the instruction of a local cook from the community of Mitla, Oaxaca.

    This experience concludes by enjoying the food you cooked during this session and then returning to Oaxaca City to the same meeting point.
