Vehicles used range are sedans, or Luxury SUV's. All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary (make, model, color, etc.).

Meeting and Pickup
Passengers must receive a call or text from the driver or dispatcher 30 minutes before their reservation time with the driver's name, phone number, and another call or text when arrived to the pickup area. The passengers have 15 min in grace from scheduled time, after that time. If no text or call is received please call or text the office.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the reservation, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Procedure when pick up passengers at Orlando International Airport (MCO):
Passengers arrive at the Orlando International Airport must receive from the driver or dispatcher a call or text as soon as the plane landed with the driver's name, phone number, and the exactly meeting point. The pick-up area at the Orlando International Airport is at the level 1 on the ground transportation commercial area where you will find the driver assigned for you. The passengers have 45 min in grace from the flight landed, avoid any extra charged.
If no text or call is received please call or text the office from outside.
Procedure when pick up passengers at any hotel or Resorts:
If any Passengers need to pick up at any other location must receive a call or text from the driver or dispatcher 30 minutes before their reservation time with the driver's name, phone number, and another call or text when arrived to the pick up area.
