Join passionate cooks Gaby and Carlos in their well-equipped kitchen space for an intimate French macaron-making class. Each guest (maximum 4) will have their own workstation and utensils, and be guided step-by-step by Gaby, Carlos, or one of their team.
Learn how to make delectable macarons, including a chocolate ganache filling and shells using the Italian meringue method, and how to assemble them perfectly. As you bake, your host will share the history of macarons and other French pastries. Once your macarons are ready, enjoy them with a cup of coffee or tea - the perfect breakfast!

We are Gaby & Carlos siblings with a common passion: FOOD.
Since 2016, we have developed joyful French baking & cooking classes for families.
A dynamic, fun and easy way to approach challenging recipes in a shared onsite & online experience that promises a unique hands-on participation.
Our goal is to simply embellish this idea and shared passion for cooking by giving to families tools to learn so that in the near future they can re-create those recipes at any time, for which we are certain you will end up having your own Petit Chef! at home
