Traffic congestion and circulation restrictions make travel in certain parts of the city very complex and unpredictable. _________________________________________________________Therefore, we currently provide pickup and drop-off services only in the western districts of Paris, namely the 1st, 6th, 7th, 8th, 15th, and 16th arrondissements, as well as in the western areas of the 2nd, 5th, 14th, and 17th arrondissements. This decision allows us to adhere to our scheduled times and minimize any inconvenience for our clients.

- Our vehicle is not suitable for passengers with disabilities, we do not have the capacity to transport wheelchairs as well.
- Motorized wheelchair prohibited in the museum.
- Participants should be prepared to follow their guide for about 3 hours. The Palace of Versailles can be quite crowded, and we must stick to the scheduled visiting times. Please note that the guide is unable to provide personal assistance. If you have any concerns about walking difficulties, health issues, or other considerations, we recommend reconsidering your participation in this tour to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
