What To Expect

Join us for a mesmerizing and peaceful Arizona sunrise (all without having to hike)!

Combining 20+ years of yoga experience with over a decade of local plant, history and desert knowledge and an enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences, I’m confident that you’ll walk away from this experience feeling more connected, vibrant and relaxed than when you arrive!

What to expect:
This sunrise experience is reserved for the hotter months to enjoy a morning reprieve and if you don't see it available please check out our sunset yoga times!

No matter what time we meet, we will begin with connecting with one another and creating a judgement free zone where we can all just be ourselves and experience a deeper gratitude for the desert

We will stretch and breathe together while taking in the sights. You'll have time afterward to explore the park and enjoy the morning.

Our all - levels gentle yoga session is 1 hour with some time in the beginning & end for fostering authentic connections to one another, nature and self.‍

I truly can’t wait to spend time with you and help you create a lasting memory of your stay here in beautiful Arizona!
